USC Christian Challenge

Christian Challenge is a dynamic campus ministry at the University of Southern California serving the Monterey Park, CA area and the broader Los Angeles community. As a student-led organization, Christian Challenge provides comprehensive spiritual development programs designed to help students encounter Jesus and grow in their faith during their college years.

The organization offers multiple engagement opportunities tailored to different student needs and preferences. Thursday night large group meetings feature worship and teaching sessions that create spaces for students to refresh spiritually, receive training in biblical principles, and connect with peers across campus. These weekly gatherings serve as excellent entry points for students curious about Christian Challenge's mission and community.

At the core of Christian Challenge's approach are LIFE Groups—intimate, small group communities where students engage in deep Bible study and practical application. LIFE Groups stand for Learning Biblical Truth, Intercessory Prayer, Fellowship, and Extending Life to Others. For freshmen specifically, Christian Challenge operates Freshmen Connection, a specialized small group ministry designed to help new students build relationships with peers and develop a foundation in their faith during this critical transition year.
